For more than 35 years, I have had the privilege of calling Swampscott my home. This community is where I have built my life, and my commitment to its success is rooted in decades of shared history with all of you. For 15 of those years, I have operated on the front lines of real estate development and management, a career that has taught me that the most difficult problems often hold the greatest opportunities for growth.

My professional focus has always been on the "hard" projects—the challenging redevelopments involving complex land use and building envelopes that others might overlook or avoid. I have built my reputation on thinking outside the box and finding creative, sustainable paths forward for financially challenging sites. I believe this specific experience gives me a unique lens through which to view the hurdles we currently face in Swampscott.
